Orders & Quotations

All orders are based on approved quotations, specifications, and drawings.

Custom Specifications

Product dimensions, materials, colors, finishes, and hardware are determined according to the documentation approved by the customer.

Customer Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all relevant dimensions, materials, finishes, and design details before manufacturing begins.

Production Lead Times

Manufacturing lead times begin once the required approvals are completed and the agreed commercial conditions are fulfilled.

Delivery & Installation

Delivery and installation arrangements are agreed upon in advance. The customer and TWS must confirm site readiness before the scheduled delivery or installation.

Payments & Warranty

Final payment terms, delivery arrangements, installation requirements, and warranty conditions are governed by the signed quotation and agreed project documentation.
