Exchange & Refund Policy

At TWS – The Wood Shop, our exchange and refund policy takes into consideration the differences between ready-made and custom-made products.

Ready-Made Products

Ready-made products are eligible for exchange in accordance with the applicable exchange policy.

Custom-Made Products

Custom-made furniture and woodwork are manufactured according to customer-approved measurements, materials, finishes, and specifications.

Exchanges are not available for custom-made products, subject to applicable consumer protection rights.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved specifications, customers should contact TWS and provide their order details along with clear photographs of the issue.

Each case will be reviewed according to the approved procedure and applicable consumer protection requirements.

Cancellations & Refunds

Final cancellation and refund conditions are subject to confirmation by TWS and applicable consumer protection laws.
